Heavy Duty Racks
- Upright frames 6m/4 m/2.4m in Height x 750/900/1000mm depth.
- Upright frames with M.S Heavy duty U section (80x40x3mm) having punched key hole and welded cross and diagonal supports and base plates (150x150x5mm).
- Horizontal beams box type (75 x 40 x 2mm) in MS powder coated – 2400 Length maximum.
- Horizontal beams are also available with MS roll formed sections with provision to support shelves.
- Shelves are in pieces each overlayed on adjacent ones.
- Heavy duty racks support channel with lengths as required at site to provide extra support for frame structure giving improved capacity and stability.
- Can be provided with back covers and side covers.

- Verticals are L/U/T Sections with thicknesses 16g to 12g depending upon load requirements.
- Shelves with reinforcements in 22g to 16g.
- All Ms sections are powder coated.
